Release pain faster and less painfully. The massage vibrations penetrate deep into muscles to target tense muscles with precision.

What is Vibrating Massage Balls?

Vibration Massage Balls use high-intensity vibration and multi-directional rolling to release and empower improved movement and to feel better. The balls help increase circulation compared to non-vibrating massage balls. Ideal for use before a workout, the vibrating massage ball loosens and lengthens muscles to increase flexibility.

How Vibrating Massage Balls Works?

Vibration Massage Balls pinpoint and release trigger points faster, deeper, and less painfully. The balls have four intensity levels with LED indication can be used to activate, soothe, or loosen muscles/fascia in the: feet, calves, hamstrings, gluteus, hip flexors, shoulders, back, and forearms.

Vibration Therapy can also instill regeneration of body tissue. The vibrations are transmitted to your body to cause your muscles to contract and relax. Certain types of vibrations may also cause your body to produce more osteoblasts. These are cells that produce bone.

Why Consider Vibrating Massage Balls?

The Massage balls are portable and only 9cm in diameter, which helps to release tension in targeted areas better than any roller. "Massage balls can be used for trigger point therapy and acupressure to help relax tense muscles, relieve tightness, create more space in the body, work out knots, and increase your blood circulation.

By using massage balls on a regular basis they can prevent injury and pain. Regular use of massage balls can also increase your flexibility, decrease muscle fatigue, and enhance your overall physical performance."
